No Refunds on any open/used DNA Testing Kits for obvious reasons.

If you ordered for the test reports and for some reason will not want to continue for the report you need turn the testing kits in Brand New, Unopened Condition.

ONCE WE RECEIVED YOUR RETURN OF THE UNOPENED, BRAND NEW TESTING KIT THE SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND.

MONEY WILL REFUNDED AFTER WE RECEIVED THE RETURNED PRODUCTS WE WILL SEND YOU THE REFUND AMOUNT IN 7 - 14 BUSINESS DAYS.

Returns must be new and unused condition and packed in the original manufacturers packaging.

Include your original invoice so we can properly and quickly refund your money.

Once the test kit is opened, there will be no refund on the purchases and the customer will need to proceed with the DNA Testing
